I walk through key scenarios, from homepage to registration, search, and checkout, and note every place a user freezes, gets lost, or silently closes the tab. I combine recognized usability principles with business goals, so every finding ties to what actually affects conversion.

People usually come to me with a feeling something's wrong: traffic exists, but fewer orders than should be. I pick apart the interface piece by piece — unclear calls to action, confusing navigation, forms with extra fields, error messages that don't explain what to fix, payment steps that look long or unreliable. Each problem comes with a screenshot, explanation of why it hurts the user, and concrete recommendation without full redesign.
