How much do registration and posting a job cost?
Registration and posting projects are free. Only PRO accounts and promotion (highlighting and raising to the top) are paid.
How does a free account differ from PRO?
On a free account a freelancer responds to projects and publishes articles. PRO unlocks an unlimited portfolio and services, priority in the catalog and more requests. See the Pricing & Premium page.
How does payment between client and freelancer work?
The parties agree on payment terms themselves. We recommend discussing milestones and deliverables up front, and splitting large tasks into stages with interim acceptance.
How do I stay safe from a bad actor?
Check the rating and reviews, on-site history and portfolio. Do not send full prepayment to unknown freelancers and put the task in writing. See how the rating is calculated on the Rating page.
Can I sign in with social networks?
Yes. The login and registration pages offer sign-in via external services — fast and without a separate password.
