I run a car wash and I'm tired of the phone ringing every few minutes with people asking whether there's a free slot right now. I want a booking bot that customers can open from Telegram, WhatsApp or a widget on my site, pick the type of wash they need, see which bays and time slots are actually free, and confirm the whole thing themselves without a person on my side lifting a finger. Right now my administrator keeps a paper schedule and a messy spreadsheet, double-bookings happen almost weekly, and clients show up to find their slot was given away because someone forgot to update the sheet.
The bot needs to know my real capacity: how many bays I have, which services can run in which bay (some bays don't have equipment for interior detailing, for example), and how long each wash type actually takes so slots don't overlap. It should also handle online payment or a deposit at booking time, because no-shows are another problem I'm losing money on, and it needs to send a reminder message an hour or two before the appointment so people don't forget and leave a bay empty. I'd like a simple admin panel or dashboard where my staff can see the day's bookings, mark a wash as done, cancel or reschedule a client, and block a bay for maintenance without touching any code.
Requirements:
— Step-by-step booking flow: wash type, date, time slot, bay, contact details.
— Real-time availability that accounts for bay capabilities and service duration.
— Online payment or prepaid deposit integration at the time of booking.
— Automatic reminder notification before the scheduled appointment.
— Admin dashboard to view, edit, cancel and reschedule bookings, and to block bays.
