NotaryOnCall — web application for a specialist who travels to clients' homes, offices, hospitals or companies to notarize transactions. The client books online: selects a service (signature notarization, affidavit, loan signing package, apostille preparation), specifies the meeting address, and the application determines coordinates and places a point on the map so the notary sees the right entrance, parking notes and doorphone code. The route screen arranges the day's points in order, estimates travel time between them and alerts when two appointments overlap. Each booking records the document type, expected number of signatures and seals, and whether witnesses are needed. Before departure, the notary completes an identity verification checklist according to regional rules: ID type, validity period, name match with document and note of missing initials. Every completed action is entered into an electronic journal: date, time, signer's name, document, ID data, fee amount and fingerprint mark; the journal can be filtered and exported for audits. Mileage and fee calculator turns distance, wait time, number of seal sets and off-hours surcharge into a ready invoice. Loan signing packages collect standard transaction documents into a single ordered stack so nothing is missed at the table. Reminders are sent via SMS and email, and a confirmation link lets the client approve time and address in one tap.
