RapidBolt Locksmith Dispatch Platform

We run a 24-hour locksmith company and need a web application that turns a panicked phone call into a tracked job. When a customer is locked out of a home, car or safe, they submit an emergency call-out request from any device: address, lock type, urgency and a short description. The dispatcher board shows incoming requests in real time and assigns the nearest available technician based on the coverage-area map. Once assigned, the customer sees a live ETA that updates as the van moves, plus the technician's name, photo and rating. The service catalog lists every job we do, from rekeying deadbolts to programming transponder keys, each with a base price so customers get an instant quote before anyone rolls out. On site, the technician opens the job on a tablet, adds parts and labor lines, and generates an invoice the customer signs and pays by card or wallet on the spot. Paid jobs sync back to the office ledger automatically. The coverage map must clearly show which postcodes we serve and which incur an out-of-area surcharge. Deliverables: responsive customer front end, dispatcher dashboard, technician mobile view, quote engine, payment integration, and an admin panel for pricing, staff and reporting. Please include API documentation and a seed database of sample jobs.
