PestGuard Pro: Treatment & Route Booking Platform

We run a regional pest-control company and need a web application that ties our whole field operation together. Customers should be able to enter their address, have the system confirm it falls inside one of our service areas, pick a pest problem (ants, termites, rodents, bedbugs, wasps), and book an available time slot online. On top of one-off visits, the platform must sell recurring treatment plans such as monthly, quarterly, or seasonal coverage, and automatically generate the next appointment each cycle. The back office needs a scheduling board where a dispatcher assigns jobs to technicians by skill and license, and a routing view that orders each technician's daily stops to cut driving time between properties. For every visit the technician records a treatment log against the property: products used, EPA registration numbers, dosage, target pest, weather, and re-entry interval, with photos attached. The system should fire follow-up reminders by email and SMS before the next scheduled service and after a treatment when a re-inspection is due. Online payments must be handled at booking and for recurring invoices, with saved cards and receipts. Deliverables: customer portal, dispatcher dashboard, technician mobile-friendly view, admin reports on revenue per route and chemical usage, plus API docs and deployment.
