We run a boutique flower shop and need a complete web application that turns our physical counter into a full online store. The heart of the system is a seasonal catalog: bouquets, single-stem arrangements, potted plants and add-ons like vases, chocolate and greeting cards, each with high-resolution photos, stem counts, size variants and live stock that decreases as orders come in. Customers pick a delivery date and a same-day time window on an interactive calendar, and the scheduler must respect courier capacity per slot, cut-off times and city zones so we never oversell a busy afternoon. An occasion reminder engine lets buyers save birthdays and anniversaries; a cron job then emails and texts them a few days ahead with one-tap reordering of last year's bouquet. Subscription bouquets are a major revenue line: weekly, biweekly or monthly plans with a florist's-choice option, pause and skip controls, and recurring charges handled through the payment gateway. Every order gets a tracking page moving through received, arranging, out for delivery and delivered, with a photo of the finished bouquet and a signature capture on hand-off. Deliverables include the responsive storefront, a shop-side dashboard for managing catalog, slots, routes and subscriptions, REST API endpoints, payment and SMS integration, and deployment with documentation.
