We run a landscaping and lawn-care company and need a web application that ties together everything our office and field crews touch day to day. The core is recurring-visit scheduling: each property gets a service plan (weekly mowing, biweekly trimming, monthly fertilization) and the system auto-generates upcoming visits, skips holidays, and shifts jobs when rain delays a route. Every property carries its own service history, so a foreman can open an address and see past visits, notes, gate codes, dog warnings, sprinkler-zone maps and which crew was there last. Seasonal contract quotes are a big part of the work: a manager builds a spring-through-fall package from a line-item catalog (aeration, mulch, cleanup, snow removal), the app prices it, and the client approves it online with an e-signature. Crew route planning groups the day's stops by neighborhood, orders them to cut drive time, and pushes the sequence to the crew's phones. In the field, workers upload before/after photos tied to each visit, log materials used and clock hours against the job. Clients get an online portal to view their schedule, browse the photo log and pay invoices by card or ACH. Deliverables: responsive web app, foreman mobile view, admin dashboard, REST API, payment integration, automated invoicing, and role-based access for owner, dispatcher and crew.
