Project description
Our marketing department needs a reliable way to see what people are saying about our brand online without manually checking dozens of platforms every day. We are looking for a freelancer who can build a monitoring setup that automatically collects mentions of our company name, product names, and related keywords across social networks, forums, and review sites, running in the background and surfacing new mentions as soon as they appear.
Beyond simple collection, we need each mention evaluated for tone — positive, negative, or neutral — so the marketing team can quickly spot a brewing complaint or a spike in praise without reading every post. The output should be a concise daily summary highlighting the most important mentions, overall sentiment trends, and anything unusual that needs immediate attention. It would help if the summary were easy to scan on a phone.
Please describe your proposed approach: which tools or scripts you would use, how you plan to handle sentiment scoring accuracy, and roughly how long setup and testing would take. Experience with reputation tracking or social listening projects is a strong plus.
What we expect from the final setup: — keyword-based collection across major social networks and relevant forums — basic sentiment classification for each mention — a daily digest formatted for quick reading — a short guide on adjusting keywords later
Migrate our website and corporate mail to a new server with no downtime
We are moving hosting and need a clean cutover of the site and every mailbox without downtime or a single lost message.
