Talent and casting agency management platform

We run a modeling and casting agency, and right now the whole operation lives in email threads, shared drives and spreadsheets. Talent profiles, measurements, photos and video reels are scattered across inboxes, and when a client asks for a shortlist we spend hours hunting for the right files. We need one platform that keeps talent profiles, casting calls, submissions, bookings and contracts in a single place.

We want a talent database with rich profiles: headshots and full-length photos, reels, measurements, skills, languages and availability. On top of that, casting calls we publish internally, collect submissions against, and turn into shortlists we share with clients for feedback. Booking should track dates, holds, options and confirmations with a calendar per talent so we never double-book, and handle contracts, day rates, usage terms and our commission from booking to invoice to payout.

Roles matter: bookers, agents, accountants and external clients each see only what they should, and talent data stays private. We would like filtering by look, age, location and availability, a clean client view for shortlists, and exportable call sheets.
