Project description
We run a small legal and consulting practice and we are drowning in paper. Right now every agreement is printed, signed by hand, scanned, and emailed back, which wastes days and leaves us with no clean record of who signed what and when. I want a proper e-signature platform that lets me upload a contract, drop signature, initials and date fields exactly where they belong, and send the document to one or several signers in a defined order. Each signer should get a private, expiring link, sign right in the browser on desktop or phone, and receive a finished copy the moment everyone has completed their part.
The part that matters most to me is trust and evidence. Every action must be recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail: who opened the document, their timestamp, IP address, the signing method, and a checksum of the final file so nobody can claim it was altered afterwards. I need a clear dashboard where I can watch the status of each envelope, see who is still pending, and send polite reminders automatically. Please make sure sent documents cannot be edited after signing, and that a sealed PDF with the certificate of completion is generated at the end. This is about collecting binding signatures and proving them, not about generating documents from templates or automating internal workflows.
