Project description
I run a small home security installation business and I'm tired of quoting every job manually over the phone. Every week I get calls asking how much it costs to install a smart lock or a video doorbell, and the honest answer depends on a lot of variables — the number of doors, the device brand and tier, whether the customer wants it tied into an existing smart home hub, and how complicated the wiring or mounting turns out to be on site. I want a simple online calculator that visitors can use on my website to get an instant estimate before they even pick up the phone to call me.
The calculator should walk the visitor through a short set of questions and then show an approximate price range along with an estimated time on site. It needs to look clean and trustworthy, work well on mobile phones since most people will find me through search on their phone, and it should be easy for me to update prices later without touching any code, because my rates change a couple of times a year depending on suppliers. I'd also like the final estimate to be emailed to me automatically together with the customer's contact details so I can follow up quickly while the lead is still warm.
I'm open to using an existing form-builder plugin or a fully custom script, whatever gets this done reliably and looks professional on my current site. I just need someone who has built pricing or quote calculators before and understands how to structure conditional logic cleanly so the questions branch correctly depending on earlier answers.

— Option to select brand/model tier (budget, mid-range, premium)
