I'll build a booking bot for pool service with water-volume based chemical dosing

I automate service businesses and know from the inside how pool maintenance teams actually work: requests come in from everywhere — WhatsApp, phone calls, a contact form on the site — and a dispatcher ends up manually asking each client about pool type, water volume and how often they want visits. I can build a Telegram bot (or a website widget) that takes this routine off your hands and collects a complete, structured booking straight from the client.

The bot walks the client through a clear questionnaire: pool type (frame, composite, tiled or lined concrete shell), approximate water volume by dimensions or ready-made templates, and desired service frequency — one-time visit, weekly, every two weeks, or a seasonal schedule. As a separate step it offers a choice of water chemical treatment — chlorine-based, chlorine-free, active oxygen or a combined system — and automatically estimates recommended dosage and consumables cost based on volume and treatment type. At the end the client picks a convenient visit time and pays: online by card, via a payment link, or marks cash payment on site.

Every booking lands in one admin panel and is duplicated into the manager's chat so nothing gets lost. Client history (pool type, volume, previous treatments) is saved, and on a repeat booking the bot pre-fills known data so the client doesn't have to repeat everything.
