Need a booking bot for drone photo and video shoots of real estate

I run a small real estate photography service and right now every drone shoot request comes in through scattered messages on three different messengers, plus a handful of phone calls that I have to write down by hand. Clients ask about apartments, houses, land plots and commercial buildings, and each type needs a different flight plan and price, so I keep losing track of what was actually agreed. I want a booking bot that collects everything upfront: property type, approximate area in square meters, whether the client needs photos, video, or both, a preferred shooting date and time window, and the address or map pin.

The bot should also handle payment, at least a deposit, so people stop cancelling last minute after I've already blocked the drone pilot's schedule. Right now roughly a third of bookings fall through because nobody paid anything upfront, and I have no reliable calendar to check whether a slot is even free before promising a date. I need the bot connected to a real calendar, not just a spreadsheet someone forgets to update.

It doesn't need to be fancy, but it has to be reliable and actually stop double-bookings, because that has already cost me two angry clients this month.
