Need a chatbot to book pool maintenance: type, volume, chemical treatment

I run a small pool service company and need a booking bot for our website and messengers. Right now clients call or message us on different channels, and my staff manually collects the pool type, water volume, and how often they want service, then works out chemical treatment needs and payment by hand. It takes too much time and we lose leads when nobody answers quickly.

I need a conversational bot that walks a customer through a short questionnaire: what kind of pool they have (outdoor, indoor, inflatable, saltwater, chlorine), the approximate water volume in cubic meters or liters, how often they want maintenance (weekly, biweekly, monthly, one-time), and what kind of chemical treatment they need (pH balancing, algae control, shock treatment, full chemistry management). Based on the answers the bot should calculate an estimated price, show available time slots, let the customer pick a date, and collect payment online before confirming the booking. It should also send reminders before each scheduled visit and let repeat customers rebook easily.
