Project description
We are organizing a professional voice recording session and need an experienced voice talent who can deliver clean, expressive audio for a commercial, video narration, or audiobook chapter. The project comes with a finished script, and we expect natural pacing, correct intonation, and a delivery style — warm, energetic, or calm and confident — that matches the material. This is a paid engagement with a clear timeline, and before recording begins we would like to agree on session time, target language, and the exact runtime we expect from the finished audio, so the files slot straight into our post-production pipeline without extra rework.
The recording itself should happen in a quiet, echo-free environment using at least semi-professional equipment: a decent condenser microphone, a pop filter, and some basic acoustic treatment are the minimum bar we need. We will share the script, reference tone samples, and any pronunciation or emphasis notes in advance. Turnaround matters to us — we need the raw or lightly processed files delivered promptly after the session, and we expect willingness to redo a handful of lines if the direction shifts slightly after the first listen-through. Please apply only if you can commit to the agreed schedule and stay reachable during the review window.
Requirements:
— Confirm the project type: commercial, video narration, or audiobook chapter
— Specify your voice language, accent, and any dialect capability
— State the session length and the expected runtime of the finished audio
— Share your recording equipment details and a short demo or portfolio sample
— Agree on a delivery date and file format (WAV or MP3, sample rate)
— Be available for minor pickups or re-reads after our review
