We rent portable toilets and sanitary equipment, and currently every order lives on paper. We provide standard cabins, premium comfort cabins, models for people with reduced mobility, urinal stations and washbasins — for construction sites and mass events. Each order has a delivery date, installation address, rental period and service frequency, but it's all in notebooks understood by only one person. We need a web system that will turn these notes into structured bookings: so any operator can see which unit is where, until what date, and when to service it next.
The system needs to compile orders from types and quantities of units, reserve equipment on a calendar without double bookings, and record delivery, installation and removal as dated tasks. Service is the heart of the business: each unit needs pumping, washing and consumable refills on schedule. We want visits to be generated automatically from rental conditions and compiled into daily routes, with the driver receiving a list of points with addresses and marking completion from the field. Billing is tied to bookings and service history so invoices reflect actual rental days and emergency visits, and reports show fleet utilization and overdue items.
