Project description
Well360 is a specialized web application for a water well drilling firm covering the entire well journey from first call to signed service contract. It all starts with visit planning: the dispatcher schedules a hydrogeologist visit, records the property address, neighboring wells, expected static water level, and required flow rate in liters per minute. Each drilling job maintains a live log that the rig operator fills from a tablet right at the wellhead. As the casing deepens, the crew records footage per stage, drilling method (percussion, rotary, pneumatic hammer), and the geological column layer by layer: soil, clay, gravel, fractured rock, aquifer. Casing pipe diameter, filter depth, and first water strike are marked with time and GPS. After drilling, the pump installation module tracks submersible pump model, motor power, cable length, well adapter, hydro tank, and electrical checks before startup. Document management stores the well construction permit, driller license number, distances to septic and property boundaries, plus the well completion report that must be filed after each well. Water test results record bacteria (coliforms, E. coli), nitrates, iron, hardness, and pH against drinking water standards, flagging wells needing chlorine treatment or a commercial filtration proposal. Service contracts plan annual pump checks, sediment flushing, and repeat testing, sending the client a renewal reminder and a service vehicle a route sheet. Dashboards show rigs in the field, wells in progress by depth, permits pending signatures, and overdue tests, so the owner sees all work on one screen.
