Wanderlink Travel Agency Platform

We run a boutique travel agency and need a single web application that replaces the spreadsheets and email chains we currently juggle. The heart of the system is a searchable tour catalog: each package carries destinations, seasons, duration, group size limits, price tiers, photo galleries and a rich description, with filters by region, budget and travel style. Visitors submit booking requests through a guided form that captures traveller count, preferred dates, room configuration and special requirements; every request lands in a staff queue with status tracking from new to confirmed. Managers use an itinerary builder to assemble day-by-day plans, dragging hotels, transfers, excursions and free time onto a timeline, then export a branded PDF for the client. Payments are handled as staged deposits: an initial hold secures the seat, reminders chase the balance, and the gateway records each transaction against the booking. The customer CRM stores contact history, passport and visa notes, past trips and communication logs so agents recognise returning clients instantly. We expect integration with a currency-rate feed and an email service for confirmations, plus role-based access for agents and administrators. Deliverables include the responsive front end, an admin panel, API documentation, seeded demo data and a short handover session for our team.
