I Set Up Chatbots for Generator & UPS Maintenance Booking

I build chatbots that take over the scheduling headache for anyone maintaining generators and uninterruptible power supplies. When an owner first talks to the bot, it asks for the equipment brand, model, and power rating in kilowatts or kVA, then stores that profile so every reminder is tailored to the exact machine rather than a generic checklist.

From there the bot works from the manufacturer's regulatory intervals: it tracks running hours or calendar time since the last oil and filter change, watches the countdown to the next battery load test, and nudges the owner before the deadline instead of after a generator fails to start during an outage. When a reminder lands, the same chat thread lets the client pick a visit slot, confirm the address, and get a follow-up message once the work is logged.

I set this up end to end: the conversation flow, equipment profile fields, interval logic per brand and power class, and the booking calendar sync. The result quietly protects uptime instead of relying on a paper logbook.
