I Set Up Chatbots for Intercom & Access-Control Inspection Booking

I design and set up chatbots that take the manual work out of scheduling intercom and access-control maintenance across apartment buildings. A property manager gives me the address and the number of entrances on a site, and the bot does the rest: it builds a full inspection calendar, assigns visit slots per entrance, and keeps everyone informed without a single phone call.

Once the schedule is generated, the bot automatically messages residents ahead of each visit, telling them the exact date and approximate time the technician will be at their entrance. If a slot needs to shift because of a delay or an urgent repair elsewhere, the bot recalculates the plan and sends updated notices on its own, so nobody is left waiting at a locked door or annoyed by a missed appointment.

I connect the bot to messaging channels residents already use, add a simple dashboard for the management company to see coverage across all buildings at a glance, and set up reminders for the maintenance team the day before each round. The bot is built specifically for intercom and access-control hardware, not adapted from a generic reminder tool, so the wording and timing logic match how this maintenance actually runs.
