I build turnkey booking for kids' creative studios

I build booking systems for children's creative spaces — studios where kids come in for drawing, clay modeling, or construction classes. Parents need something simple: pick the activity, the child's age, a convenient time slot, and get a confirmation without calling anyone. I build exactly that, tuned to how a real studio runs its day.

The core of the system is age-based grouping. When a parent books a slot, the child is automatically placed into a small group matched by age band — say 4-6, 7-9, 10-12 — so a teacher never ends up with a five-year-old and an eleven-year-old in the same exercise. The system also watches room capacity in real time: once a group or room hits its limit, that slot disappears from the calendar instead of letting a ninth child into an eight-seat room. Group formation, waitlists, and cancellations run without staff juggling a spreadsheet.

I also set up separate schedules per activity type — drawing, modeling, construction — since each usually needs different room setups and session lengths. Parents get a reminder before class, and you get a clean admin view of who is coming, at what age, to which room.
