Service description
I design and set up chat bots that turn a bike workshop's booking process into a short conversation instead of a phone call nobody has time to make. The bot first asks what kind of bike a customer rides — road, mountain, or city — because a squeaky disc brake on a mountain bike and a stiff derailleur on a road bike need different tools, parts, and time on the stand. Then it asks what's wrong: won't shift properly, brakes rubbing, chain skipping, wheel out of true, or just a seasonal tune-up before the first ride.

Based on those two answers the bot calculates a realistic diagnostic window — fifteen minutes for a quick brake adjustment, up to an hour for a full drivetrain check — so the customer knows what to expect before walking in. It then offers open slots and lets the customer pick one without a phone call. I connect the flow to your calendar to avoid double-bookings, and write it to sound like a real mechanic, not a robotic form.

The bot also collects a short note on symptoms up front, so whoever's on the stand that day can pull the right tools before the bike arrives. What you get from me:

— setup in the messenger of your choice
— branching logic by bike type and problem type
— automatic diagnostic time estimate
— calendar-linked slot booking
— one round of wording edits after launch, included
