We are looking for an experienced mobile device repair technician to handle an on-site call-out for cracked screen replacement on a smartphone and a companion tablet. Both devices have shattered front glass and one shows a partially unresponsive digitizer along the lower edge, likely from the same drop. The smartphone also intermittently fails to charge, so please diagnose whether the charging port itself needs cleaning or replacing, or if the issue is limited to a loose flex cable disturbed by the impact. We would like the technician to bring a fully equipped mobile toolkit — precision screwdrivers, spudgers, suction cups, a heat mat or hot air station for adhesive removal, an anti-static mat, and replacement adhesive strips — since this is a house call rather than a drop-off at a shop. Before starting any disassembly, please perform a full diagnostic check including battery health, camera function, speaker and microphone test, and a moisture or liquid damage inspection, since the tablet was near a spilled drink a few weeks ago and we want to rule out corrosion before replacing the screen. Please quote separately for the digitizer or glass assembly versus a full screen module with the display panel, and let us know your warranty period on parts and labor. Turnaround matters: we would prefer both devices to be usable again within the same visit if parts are pre-ordered, or within two to three days if a part needs to be sourced.
