Rain Barrel Rainwater Harvesting System Installation

Looking for an experienced handyman or landscaper to install a complete rainwater harvesting system at a single-family house. The core of the job is a food-grade storage barrel in the 55 to 75 gallon range that will collect runoff from one of the existing gutter downspouts. Scope includes cutting the downspout and fitting a diverter kit so water is routed into the barrel during rain and automatically bypasses back into the original downspout once the barrel is full, so the foundation never sees standing overflow. A leaf and debris screen at the top inlet is required, plus a fine mosquito-proof mesh over every opening so the barrel does not become a breeding site. The barrel needs a raised platform or cinder-block stand of twelve to eighteen inches so gravity gives enough pressure for a garden hose bib at the base, and the stand must be level and rated for several hundred pounds once full. An overflow hose should be routed at least six feet away from the foundation toward an existing flower bed or gravel drain area. If a second barrel makes sense to daisy-chain for extra capacity, please quote that as an add-on with a linking kit between units. Materials can be sourced by the contractor or supplied by me, either is fine, but I need a clear materials list up front. The whole job, including any minor gutter adjustment, digging for the overflow line, and cleanup, should be completed within the estimated timeframe.
