I offer professional residential window washing and screen cleaning, combining a traditional squeegee technique with purified water-fed poles for spotless, streak-free glass. Every job starts with a walk-through to note window types (single-hung, casement, bay, skylights) and screen conditions before work begins.

Interior service includes frame and sill wipe-down, track vacuuming, and glass cleaning with a professional-grade squeegee and lint-free applicator sleeve — no ammonia residue, no drips on carpets or furniture, since drop cloths are always used. Exterior service uses a water-fed pole system with a purifying resin filter, so windows air-dry without spotting even on hard tap water.

Screens are removed, hosed down, hand-scrubbed on both sides to clear mesh pores of pollen and dust, dried flat, and reinstalled — bent frames are gently reshaped, and torn mesh is flagged for optional replacement rather than forced back in.

For second-story and higher windows I use stabilized extension poles and, where needed, ladder stabilizers and fall-arrest harness gear, rather than leaning ladders against gutters or siding.

Typical turnaround for a standard single-family home is one working day; larger homes with many panes may need a half-day follow-up. I provide a written estimate after the walk-through, and touch-ups within 48 hours are free if any streaking appears after the glass dries.
