Project description
We run a small pool and spa maintenance company and right now bookings come in through phone calls and scattered messenger chats, which is slow and leads to missed appointments. We need a booking bot (Telegram or WhatsApp, open to suggestions on the best channel) that lets a client pick the type of object being serviced — private pool, spa/jacuzzi, or commercial pool — choose an available visit date and time slot from the technician calendar, and specify what kind of service is needed: routine water chemical treatment, equipment diagnostics, or a combined visit.
The bot should collect the client's address, contact phone, and any notes about the equipment (filter type, pump brand, pool volume) so our technicians arrive prepared. After the booking details are confirmed, the bot needs to calculate the price based on service type and object size, then let the client pay online through a card or another common payment method, with a receipt sent automatically. We also want automatic reminders sent a day before the visit and a short follow-up message afterward asking for a rating.
On our side we need a simple admin panel or a connected spreadsheet where our dispatcher can see all upcoming bookings, reassign technicians, and block out dates when the team is fully booked. Please describe your experience with similar scheduling bots and suggest the best technical stack for reliability and ease of future edits.
