Project description
We run a small motorcycle and scooter repair shop and want to stop taking service bookings by phone. We need a chat bot for our website and messenger channels that walks a customer through booking a repair visit step by step, so the front desk stops losing time on routine calls and every booking lands directly in our shop schedule instead of a paper notebook.
The bot should first ask what type of vehicle the customer has — motorcycle, scooter, or moped — and then show a list of common jobs: diagnostics, oil change, tire replacement, brake service, engine repair, electrical troubleshooting, or seasonal maintenance. Once the vehicle and job type are chosen, the bot needs to pull real open slots from our workshop calendar and let the customer pick a convenient date and time, so two clients never get booked into the same bay.
Before confirming, the bot should collect the customer's name, phone number, and basic vehicle details (make, model, year, approximate mileage) and offer two payment options: an online deposit to hold the slot, or pay-on-site when the work is finished. After booking it should send an instant confirmation, a reminder message the day before the visit, and notify our admin chat about every new or cancelled booking.
