Need a cost calculator built for balcony and loggia glazing

I run a small glazing company and want an interactive calculator added to our website so visitors can estimate the price of enclosing a balcony or loggia before they ever call us. Right now almost every price question turns into a phone call or a site visit just to give a rough number, and we are losing leads to competitors whose sites already quote a figure on the spot. I am looking for a freelancer who can design and build this tool from scratch, or adapt an existing configurator to our pricing logic.

The calculator should walk a customer through a short set of choices: cold glazing, a simple frame enclosure, or warm glazing, an insulated profile suitable for a livable space; how many sashes or sections the structure will have; and the interior and exterior finish they want, plastic panel, clapboard, or bare frame. Based on those answers it should calculate a final price and a rough installation timeline, shown clearly before the customer submits a request. Balcony width and height should also factor into the price, since dimensions vary a lot between typical apartment layouts.
