I Build Chatbots for Recycling Drop-off Point Booking

I design and configure chatbots that turn a recycling drop-off point into a place people can actually plan a visit to, instead of showing up and hoping there is no line. I connect the scheduling logic to whatever calendar or slot system the collection point already uses, or build a lightweight one from scratch if there is not one yet. The bot sends a confirmation and a reminder before the visit, and can notify staff on the other end so they know roughly how many people to expect and what materials are coming in that hour.

I handle the full setup: the conversation flow, the waste-category and location matching logic, the booking calendar, and reminders, on the messenger or platform your residents already use. I also add basic reporting so the point's staff can see which materials and time slots draw the most traffic.
