Project description
Right now our team publishes content on several social media platforms every week, and every post goes out manually. Someone has to remember the exact time, open each account, upload the image or video, write the caption, and hit publish. This eats a lot of working hours, and more than once a post has gone out late or been skipped because everyone was busy with something else.
What we need is a setup where we can load a content plan in advance — captions, images or short videos, and the exact date and time for each post across the accounts we manage — and then everything publishes automatically at the chosen moment without anyone sitting at a computer. The system should handle differences between platforms gracefully: image sizes, video length limits, caption restrictions, so nothing gets rejected or looks broken.
After each post goes live we also want a short report on how it performed: reach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, and other basic metrics the platform exposes. Ideally these are collected in one place so we are not logging into every account separately. The end result should be simple enough that a non-technical person on our team can add posts or check last week's numbers without training.
