Project description
We run an online store and a network of service points, and we are losing control of what customers say about us. Reviews are scattered across marketplaces, map listings, social pages and comment threads, and nobody on our side sees the full picture. We need a single platform that collects feedback from our customers automatically after each purchase and pulls in ratings from every external source into one dashboard. The goal is simple to state and hard to do alone: gather more honest reviews, react to them in time, and steadily improve how our brand looks online.
The workflow we imagine starts right after an order is completed. The system should send a polite request for a review by email or messenger, with a short form and a star rating, and remind the customer once if they do not respond. Incoming reviews land in a shared inbox where our managers can reply directly, assign a colleague, and mark an item as resolved. Positive reviews should be easy to publish as widgets on our website product pages, while every negative or low-star review must trigger an instant alert to the responsible manager so we can reach the person before they walk away angry. We also want aggregated rating charts that show trends by branch, product and time period.
What matters most to us is trust and control. The platform must never fabricate reviews or hide genuine complaints; it should help us earn a better reputation by responding well, not by faking it. Please describe your experience with review collection flows, rating aggregation and moderation tools, and how you would handle spam and abusive submissions.
— Automated review requests after purchase with reminders
— Aggregation of ratings from multiple external sources
— Shared inbox with replies, assignment and alerts on negative feedback
— Embeddable rating widgets and trend reports
