Project description
We run an online store and have built up a fairly large subscriber base, but so far it has only been used for occasional generic newsletters sent to everyone at once. The letters themselves — templates, copy, subject lines — are already written and approved by our marketing team, so this is not a copywriting job. We need someone who can go into the sending platform and configure it properly, so the right message reaches the right person automatically instead of one blast going to the whole list.

The core task is splitting the subscriber list into segments based on purchase history, browsing behaviour, cart activity and reaction to earlier campaigns, then building automated trigger chains on top: a welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, post purchase follow ups, a win back sequence for people who went quiet, and occasion based offers. Each chain needs sensible delay timing, branching logic and clear exit conditions so nobody keeps getting messages after buying or unsubscribing.

The platform also has to be wired into the store so orders and customer events feed into it in real time, and the sending domain needs correct authentication records so deliverability holds up as volume grows.

What we need done:
— review the subscriber data and propose a segmentation model
— build and test the trigger chains described above
— connect the store so events sync correctly
— set up domain authentication and confirm inbox delivery
