Every new order placed on the storefront is pushed straight into the accounting database with the correct customer details, items, prices, and status, and any change made on either side — a cancelled order, a partial shipment, a price correction — is reflected back automatically. Stock synchronization runs on the same principle. When a warehouse count changes, a sale closes, or a supplier delivery is logged in accounting, the store catalog updates within minutes, so customers never see items that are already sold out. I design the exchange logic around the specific accounting platform and store engine involved, map the fields once, and set up scheduled or event-driven synchronization so the process runs unattended after launch.
