Project description
We are launching a new community on Discord and need someone experienced to turn a bare server into a properly organized space. Right now we only have a name and a rough idea of who our members will be, so the structure — categories, channels, permissions and the logic of how people move through the server — needs to be built from scratch. This is about server configuration and community design, not custom code, so bot programming is outside the scope.

The main work is a clear channel hierarchy separating announcements, general discussion, topic rooms, voice channels and staff-only areas, plus a role system with permissions matching each group: guests, regular members, active contributors, moderators and admins. We also need written moderation rules covering acceptable behavior and the ban procedure, plus a welcome scenario greeting new joiners and guiding them to the right channels.

Share examples of communities you organized before and describe your approach to channel categories and onboarding. Community management experience, not only technical setup, is a plus.

Expected result:
— finished channel and category structure with role permissions
— clear moderation rules and an escalation procedure
— a welcome message sequence for new members
— a short guide on maintaining the structure
