We are a medical clinic launching a remote consultation service, and we need a telehealth platform built from scratch with two clearly defined roles — patient and doctor. Patients should select a specialist, see available time slots in real time, book a slot, and pay for the visit, then connect to a secure video consultation at the scheduled time. Doctors need their own workspace: appointment calendar, medical history, notes during the call, and final conclusions.
The core of the project is an encrypted video consultation room that works in desktop and mobile browsers, falling back to audio on poor connections. Around it we need a complete clinical cycle: issuing electronic prescriptions after the visit, medical records for each patient, uploading test results and images, receiving payments and processing refunds for paid visits. Everything involving medical data must be protected — storage encryption, access logs, and role-based permissions so doctors only see their own patients.
