Dispatch app for a recurring home and office cleaning service

We operate a small cleaning company that serves both households and offices, and right now everything lives in spreadsheets, group chats, and my own head. I need a proper web application that turns our recurring cleaning jobs into a system I can actually manage. The core idea is bookings: a client should have a plan such as weekly, every two weeks, or monthly, and the app should generate the upcoming visits automatically so nothing is forgotten. Each visit needs an address, a time window, the expected duration, and the list of rooms or areas to cover.

The second big piece is dispatch. I have several cleaning crews, and every morning I decide who goes where. The app should let me assign a crew to each booking, see the day laid out on a board, and build a sensible route so people are not crossing the city back and forth. Crews should be able to open their schedule on a phone, mark when they arrive and leave a site, and work through a checklist for that specific job, because an office needs different tasks than a two-room flat. When time on site and the completed checklist are captured, invoicing should be almost automatic: pull the finished visits for a client over the period and produce a clean invoice.
