Photography studio booking and client proofing gallery app

I own a small photography studio doing portraits, families, newborns, and the occasional branding shoot, and right now everything is scattered across email threads, a paper calendar, and a shared drive that clients get lost in. I want one web app built for photographers that carries a client from the first booking all the way to receiving their final images. On the front end a client should be able to browse my session types and packages, pick an available date and time, pay a deposit or the full amount, and sign a simple photo-release contract before we ever meet. On my side I need a clear schedule with buffers between sessions, so double bookings become impossible.

The heart of this is the proofing gallery. After a shoot I upload the edited previews into a private, watermarked gallery tied to that specific client and session. The client logs in, marks their favorites, and selects exactly how many images their package includes, with clear counters so they know when they have picked too few or too many. Comments per photo would help for retouch notes. Once their selection is locked, I retouch those frames and deliver the finals through a clean download area with full-resolution files and an expiry window. Please keep the proofing side and the delivery side distinct, because clients confuse previews with finished work all the time.

This is a photography-vertical tool, not a generic calendar and not a media archive. I care about the booking-to-proofing-to-delivery flow being smooth for non-technical clients on their phones.
