Project description
We are a growing company preparing an end-of-quarter results package, and we need a designer who can turn dry spreadsheets and process descriptions into a coherent series of infographics. The problem we keep running into is that our data is accurate but unreadable: dense tables, screenshots of charts pasted from three different tools, and slides that nobody wants to look at twice. We want to hand you the source figures and a short brief for each visual, and receive back a set of clean, branded graphics that tell the story at a glance. This is not a one-off picture; it is a family of visuals that must share the same grid, palette, typography, and iconography so the whole package feels like it came from one hand.
The series covers three contexts, and each has different constraints you must respect. First, a formal report where infographics sit inside a printed and PDF document, so they need generous labeling, legible footnotes, and print-safe color. Second, social media, where the same ideas are compressed into square and vertical formats that read on a phone in two seconds. Third, a live presentation, where visuals appear on a large screen behind a speaker and must survive projector glare and back-row viewing. We will provide our brand guidelines, existing logo files, and the exact metrics; you decide the most honest and clear way to encode them, whether that is a comparison bar set, a funnel, a timeline, a process flow, or a simple stat block. We care a lot about accuracy of proportions and about not distorting the data to look prettier.
We expect a short discovery step where you propose the list of visuals and a couple of style directions before full production.
— Roughly 8 to 12 distinct infographics across report, social, and presentation formats
— Editable source files plus exported PNG, SVG, and print-ready PDF
— A one-page mini style sheet so we can keep future visuals consistent
— Two rounds of revisions and a light handover call included
