Project description
We are launching a new company and need a complete visual identity built from scratch. There is currently no logo, no defined colors, and no consistent look, so we are looking for a designer who can shape a coherent brand from an early stage. The business needs to read as modern, trustworthy, and easy to recognize across a website, social profiles, printed materials, and future packaging. Before any drawing begins, we expect a short discovery step where you review our brief, the market we operate in, and two or three brands we admire, then propose a clear creative direction.
The core of this project is a primary logo delivered together with the variations real use demands: a horizontal lockup, a stacked version, a simplified mark for small sizes, and single-color and inverted options for dark backgrounds. Around that logo we need a defined color palette with primary and secondary colors, a typography system with a heading and body typeface chosen for legibility, and a distinct icon that can also serve as a favicon and app tile. Everything should work equally well on screen and in print, and remain legible when scaled down to a browser tab.
To keep the identity consistent once our team starts using it, the work must be accompanied by a short brand guidelines document covering logo spacing and minimum sizes, correct and incorrect usage, the color values, and the type rules. All final artwork must be handed over as editable vector source files alongside exported raster versions, so we can reuse and extend the brand without returning for every small asset.
— Primary logo plus horizontal, stacked, simplified, single-color and inverted variations
— Color palette with primary and secondary values in RGB, HEX and CMYK
— Typography system: paired heading and body typefaces with usage rules
— Icon and favicon derived from the mark, tested at small sizes
— Short brand guidelines document (PDF)
— Editable vector source files plus exported raster formats
