Project description
I need a working booking bot for a "handyman for an hour" call-out service — small home repairs like fixing a leaking faucet, hanging shelves, assembling furniture, changing a socket, or patching drywall. Right now customers call or message in chat, and half the requests get lost or the master shows up with the wrong tools because nobody wrote down the actual job. I want a bot that a customer opens, picks the type of work from a clear menu, enters the address, chooses how urgent the job is, and gets a price estimate before confirming. It should also let the customer track which master is assigned and roughly when they will arrive, so I stop fielding "where is he" messages myself.
The bot has to work the way a small on-demand service actually runs day to day: jobs come in at odd hours, urgency changes the price, and a master might be busy on another call when a new request lands. I'd rather have this built once, properly, than keep patching a chat group with sticky notes. Please quote based on the requirements below, and mention if any of them need trimming to fit a reasonable first version.
Requirements:
— Menu of job categories: plumbing, electrical, furniture assembly, minor repairs, locks, other (with a free-text field)
— Address input with a way to confirm the entered address is complete
— Urgency selector: today, within 2 hours, scheduled for a chosen date and time
— Automatic price estimate shown before the customer confirms the booking
— Payment options: cash on completion or online prepayment
— Master assignment step and a status the customer can check (assigned, on the way, arrived, done)
— Notification to the customer when a master is assigned and when their status changes
— Simple admin view where I can see incoming requests and assign a master manually if needed
— Works as a Telegram bot or website widget, whichever is simpler to launch first
