Project description
Our company runs regular internal training sessions and workshops for employees, and right now everything is booked manually through emails and spreadsheets. We are looking for a developer to build a booking bot (chat-based, ideally for a messenger or website widget) that lets employees select a training topic, pick an available trainer, choose a date and time slot, and specify the number of participants from their department, all in one guided flow.
Once a booking is confirmed, the bot should automatically check trainer availability, prevent double-booking of the same time slot, and generate an invoice for the training cost based on the number of participants and the selected program. The finance team needs the invoice to be sent automatically to the department head for approval and payment, with a status update once payment is confirmed. An admin panel or dashboard for HR to manage the list of trainers, their schedules, training topics and pricing would also be very valuable, along with reminders sent to participants before the session starts.

— real-time trainer availability calendar with no double-booking
— automatic invoice generation tied to headcount and program price
— payment status tracking and confirmation notifications
— admin panel for managing trainers, schedules, topics and prices
— reminders to participants and department heads before sessions
— integration with corporate email or messenger for notifications
— support for recurring or repeating training programs
