Project description
I run a small event agency and I am tired of booking interpreters through endless phone calls and email threads. I need a booking bot — a chat-style widget or Telegram bot works fine — that lets a client pick everything about the interpreting service themselves, see the price instantly, and pay without anyone on my side lifting a finger. Right now every booking eats up thirty minutes of back-and-forth just to confirm a language pair and whether the client actually needs simultaneous or consecutive translation, and half the time people don't even know the difference until I explain it.
The flow I imagine: the client opens the bot, selects the source and target languages from a dropdown or button list, chooses the interpretation type (simultaneous, consecutive, or whisper/chuchotage for small groups), then picks the event date and expected duration in hours or half-days. The bot should calculate the price automatically based on language pair, type, and duration, show a clear breakdown, and offer online payment through a card or a payment link. After payment it should generate a confirmation with a booking number and send it to both the client and me as the operator.
Requirements:
— Language selection covering at least a dozen common pairs, editable by me later
— Choice between simultaneous, consecutive, and whisper interpretation with short explanations for each
— Calendar date picker plus duration selector (hours or half/full day blocks)
— Automatic price calculation with a visible breakdown before checkout
— Integrated online payment (card and at least one alternative method)
— Instant booking confirmation sent to client and to my admin contact
— Admin panel or simple dashboard to view, edit, and cancel bookings
— Mobile-friendly interface since most clients book from their phones
