Need a booking bot for billiard and bowling club table and lane rental

I run a small chain of billiard and bowling clubs and I'm tired of managing bookings by phone and in a messenger chat where staff copy everything into a paper log by hand. Half the time two groups get the same table because someone forgot to cross it out, and we lose money on no-shows since there's no prepayment. I need a proper booking bot that customers can open on their phone, pick which club they want to visit, choose a specific pool table or bowling lane, set the date and a time range, enter how many players are coming, and then pay a deposit or the full amount right there so the slot is actually locked in.

The bot should work as a Telegram bot with a simple web widget as a backup option for people who don't use Telegram, and it needs an admin panel where staff can see the schedule for every club and every table on one screen, block tables for maintenance, adjust prices for happy hour, and manually add or move a booking if a regular customer calls in. It also has to send reminders before the session starts and let people cancel or reschedule within a set window without calling anyone.

Requirements:
