Stellar Dome Ticketing & Membership Platform

We run a planetarium and science center and need a single web application that ties together every way a visitor buys a ticket, joins as a member, or supports us. The core is a show-schedule ticketing engine with reserved seating: each dome session (fulldome films, live star talks, laser music nights) has its own capacity, price tiers and an interactive seat map where guests pick exact seats, with wheelchair positions and companion seats handled correctly. The calendar must show multiple auditoriums and prevent double-booking when a seat is held in someone's cart. School field-trip and group bookings are a separate flow: a teacher requests a date, chooses a curriculum-linked program, enters headcount and grade level, and receives an invoice with deferred payment and a printable confirmation. Memberships and annual passes need recurring billing, tiered levels (individual, family, patron), member-only presale windows and automatic discounts applied at checkout. A private-event and dome-rental module lets corporate clients and birthday parties request the theater for after-hours use, with quotes, deposits and add-ons. The gift shop is a light catalog with inventory, promo codes and combined checkout alongside tickets. Finally a donation module supports one-time and monthly gifts, tribute dedications and a progress thermometer for campaigns. Deliverables: responsive frontend, staff admin for scheduling and refunds, box-office point-of-sale mode, e-ticket PDFs with QR scanning, integration with a card payment gateway, and clean reporting exports for attendance and revenue.
