RangeLane Indoor Shooting Range Booking Platform

We operate a 14-lane indoor shooting range and need a single web application that runs the whole floor. The core is a lane-booking calendar where shooters reserve a specific lane in fixed time-blocks (30, 60 or 90 minutes). The grid shows real availability per bay, blocks double-booking with row-level locks, and lets staff drag reservations between lanes. Before a first visit every customer must complete a safety waiver and an eligibility questionnaire; both are signed electronically with a captured signature image, a timestamp and the signer's IP, then stored as an immutable PDF for legal retention. Eligibility rules check minimum age, ID verification and any range-officer flags. Membership works in tiers (Day Pass, Monthly, Annual, Pro) with different pricing, discounts, guest allowances and priority booking windows; upgrades and renewals are handled through the account panel. Firearm and lane rental has its own inventory with per-item availability, deposit holds and a return checklist. Training courses (basic pistol, concealed-carry, defensive rifle) are scheduled with seat limits, instructor assignment and a waitlist. The pro-shop sells ammunition and gear with stock control, tax rules and pickup-at-counter checkout. A league module records scored strings, ranks members across a season and publishes standings. Deliverables: responsive front-end, staff dashboard, Stripe payments, role-based access for range officers and cashiers, email and SMS reminders, and full API documentation. Source code, deployment and a two-week warranty are included.
