Meadow Creatures contact zoo booking system

We run a family contact zoo and petting farm attraction and need a full web application to replace phone calls, paper waivers and one overloaded spreadsheet. The main block is ticket sales by fixed-time sessions: visitors choose a date, then a thirty-minute arrival window where available spots show in real time so we don't overcrowd the goat pen and barn. Each session has separate pricing for adults, children, toddlers and seniors, plus a free companion ticket for guests with disabilities. Beyond regular admission we sell add-on experiences: feed cups, bottle-feeding a lamb, pony brushing. Each ties to a specific session and decrements a counter per session. The second major module is outreach parties when we bring animals to a client's home or school: the calendar checks service radius, van availability and staff shift, takes a deposit and generates a route sheet. A seasonal events calendar tracks special days—lambing weeks, pumpkin trail, Christmas grotto, each with their own ticket types and capacity. Group and school field trips need an application form, invoice generation, risk assessment packet download and headcount tracking. Finally, passes give unlimited entry by session with monthly auto-billing, QR entry and family member management. Outcome: responsive booking website, admin panel with scanning, card payment, auto-reminders by email and SMS, refunds and rescheduling, CSV exports for accounting.
