ApexGrid—kart center and race booking platform

We operate an indoor and outdoor kart center and need a web application that ties together the entire arrive-and-drive format. Drivers select a race session by marking a free time slot on a live calendar: it shows kart availability by track configuration, remaining spots in each heat and dynamic pricing for peak evenings and weekends. Before their first session every guest must read safety rules and pass a briefing with e-signature; the system stores the signed document with timestamp, IP address and driver license category, and flags returning drivers whose briefing has expired. Group and corporate events follow a separate flow: the coordinator requests a private grid for eight to twenty drivers, chooses race format—qualifying plus final or team endurance relay, adds catering and awards ceremony and gets a quote with prepayment invoice. Timing is the project's core. The app ingests lap data from transponder loops on track, calculates best lap, average lap and gap to leader and publishes live tables on lobby screens and in driver profiles. After the race drivers receive a results protocol by email with a rating card for social media. Membership levels give discounts on sessions, priority slot booking and monthly point standings. Result: responsive booking frontend, staff scheduling panel, timing integration, signature archive, payment gateway with deposits and refunds, kart and configuration admin, maintenance log.
