Strike Zone bowling center platform

We run a twelve-lane bowling center and need one web application instead of a paper booking log at the front desk. The foundation is a lane booking calendar: guests select a date, then a free time slot (usually ninety-minute blocks) and number of lanes, then deposit online or reserve with on-site payment. The occupancy grid must show each lane's status in real time so two staff members don't double-book the same slot. On top of bookings we manage regular leagues and one-off tournaments: team rosters, weekly schedules, handicap calculation, tournament bracket building and a table that updates as results come in. Group and birthday party packages are customizable bundles: lanes, time window, shoe rental, pizza and drinks at a fixed per-guest price, with an organizer intake form. Shoe rental is tracked by size and pair count against availability, and the bar module lets customers order food and drinks from the lane, sending orders to a kitchen screen. The loyalty program awards points for visits and spending, unlocking free games and rental discounts. Finally, a public leaderboard and player game history pull data from lane scoring computers via simple import, showing best games, averages and seasonal rankings. Result: responsive customer website, staff dashboard, admin reporting, payment gateway integration and full documentation.
