Online booking platform for "Green Par" mini golf

We operate an eighteen-hole adventure mini golf park and need a web application that guides guests from the first click to the last stroke. The system foundation is an online booking calendar for tee times: visitors select a date and slot, specify the number of players from one to twelve and pay a deposit or full amount on the site. The application must account for course capacity so two large parties don't meet at hole one, and offer the nearest available time when the selected slot is full. Group and kids packages bring significant revenue: the administrator should be able to assemble packages combining multiple tee times, reserved picnic tables, cake and a certain number of snack bar vouchers at a single price. Regular guests buy seasonal memberships, so membership tiers are needed with visit counters, end dates and QR codes that staff scan at the desk. During play guests enter strokes per hole from their phones via a digital scorecard, and completed rounds populate a public leaderboard with filters by day, week and month. We play outdoors so weather rescheduling is mandatory: on rain forecast affected bookings get an automatic email and SMS offering one-click rescheduling or crediting the amount to the guest's wallet. The snack bar ordering module lets guests order fries and drinks right from the course and pick them up at the kiosk. The result includes responsive frontend, admin panel for slots, packages, memberships and refunds, documented REST API, payment gateway integration and setup instructions.
